2010 Lakeside Cottage Tariffs
- 2 nights break costs 75% of the weekly rate.
- 3 nights break costs 80% of the weekly rate.
- 4 nights break costs 90% of the weekly rate.
- All stays of 5 nights and over are charged at the full weekly rate.
Both a cot and high chair are provided in the cottage.
Upon request, a Z bed is available at an extra charge of £35.00 per night.
Electricity, Water, Linen, towels, kitchen & Bathroom essentials are all in included in the rental charges.
Please note;
Any week/s or a short breaks stay, which include a Bank Holiday are charged at the high season rate.
Febuary half-term is charged at mid season rates.
Cheltenham Gold Cup, Badminton Horse Trials,
Blenheim Horse Trials and Game Fair Weeks are all charged at Christmas rates.

NB: A premises holding deposit of £200 is required with the balance payment. This is returned after the letting period, subject to any deductions for damages or breakages.
